We install and manage public WiFi networks through our Fresh WiFi brand, using the latest in wireless technologies we can provide a network to your customers with the minimum of fuss.
We can also take over management of existing networks installed by other companies.
We provide full end user support with options to contact us by telephone, email, text messaging, and social media.
Whether you are looking to install a free network for your customers to access, or if you are looking to charge customers for an internet service, we have a range of options available.
If you would prefer to install a network that provides free access to your customers then we can do this for you.
We will carry out the installation and provide end user support on your behalf.
Access can be granted by the end user registering their email address or by logging in via Facebook. The collected email addresses can of course be used for marketing purposes in the future. (We of course ask the customer if this is OK when signing up).If you operate a loyalty card scheme or something similar then access can be given free to these users and charged for others - or the offer to sign up could be made.
We are able to discuss your requirements and come up with a solution to match your needs. This sort of set up is suitable for cafe's, hotels, restaurants, caravan parks, shopping centres, supermarkets, in fact anywhere where your customers would benefit from WiFi access.
If you prefer to use the charging model, then we can help here too.
Access can be granted to end users for a period of time you decide after payment has been completed.
Another option is to offer an amount of free time, then charge once this time expires.
The paid for time limits can be for anything from 30 minutes to an entire season.
We still provide support for your customers via telephone, SMS, email and social media as with all our packages, leaving you to get on with running your business.

As WiFi installers we are committed to keeping children safe whilst using the internet, that is why as part of your installation we will suggest that your venue joins the Friendly WiFi accreditation scheme.
The Friendly WiFi symbol is available to any venues providing public WiFi, who are committed to supporting the need for safeguarding online content.
The Friendly WiFi symbol is displayed by each venue signed up to the Friendly WiFi accreditation and appears either on their landing page as you sign into their public WiFi, or is visible on signage within the venue.
Wherever this symbol is displayed on site or online, parents and young people can be assured that the venues displaying the symbol have the correct filters in place and their public WiFi service is safe to use.
Please contact us if you would like further information on the scheme and information on joining.
We work with Sharedband to bond broadband lines to increase speed. The process is quick and easy to implement.
A connection with guaranteed uptime is not always cost effective. Sharedband bridges the gap between a typical DSL or cable connection and expensive leased lines. By combining two or more broadband lines we can not only provide faster speeds, but also means if one broadband line fails you will have a back up. This allows businesses to take advantage of greater uptime, and reliability while saving money in the process.
